HELP YOU THROUGH SOFTWARE INSTALLATION
Secondly if you do not have the necessary skills to install Visual Planning, one of our team members can walk you through the installation of the application, licenses and modules on your computer system, using screen sharing.
If you opt for the cloud-based version of Visual Planning instead, your environment is set up by an infrastructure specialist 24 to 48h after we received your order.
SUPPORT YOU AFTER GO-LIVE
Thirdly our team is available to help you diagnose and solve any issue related to Visual Planning in a timely manner: errors, configuration help and change requests, scaling up…
