During the Covid crisis in March 2020, TSG was forced to stop the activity of all its sites for a fortnight. In the aftermath of the crisis, all the supervisors of every site and their entire teams were locked in their homes. To resume construction activities on 1,200 sites, a new working method had to be developed without compromising the health of the workers.
For employees, this new way of working was quite complex to set up. A powerful tool was needed to manage the tasks and availability of the company’s teams and suppliers. The main goal was to create a single schedule that pulls together information from all stakeholders and distributes tasks based on workers’ availability.
